Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paagos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including organization owners, admins, and members.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by organization members you invite.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Paagos for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Exceed API rate limits or abuse the platform's resources

4. Financial Data Disclaimer

Paagos is an accounting tool, not a licensed accounting firm. The reports, calculations, and categorizations provided are tools to assist your bookkeeping. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and tax filings. We recommend consulting a licensed accountant for tax compliance and audit purposes.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Paagos service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Paagos. You retain all rights to your financial data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data before account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paagos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite.
